Simply put, with our sales volume we don’t need to hit a home run on each sale! Our emphasis has been on designing a training strategy where users can learn at their own pace. The training manual contains a “Hands on Workshop” chapter that guides the user through a “day in the life of an evidence manager”. The cutout materials and realistic training data encourages the user to "test drive" the system before going ‘live’.
For those that learn by 'watching' and not by reading, we offer a complete DVD Training Video that not only deals with the 'buttons to push' but also the reasoning behind our approach.
If we had to fly out for on-site training it would imply that the system is difficult to learn and requires 'expert' training. Our self-paced training approach passes this savings onto our customer.
