Best Technology

How do we beat our competitors technically?

1.  Our product is designed to accommodate multiple inventory locations for each part. This design goes further to allow locations to either be netable (available on-hand) or non-netable (damaged, waiting for vendor pickup or obsolete). Each part-location has its own transaction history. If you choose locations will be deleted when balances become zero for organizations dealing with perishables or rapidly deployed inventory.

2.  Every report or letter includes a barcode label for each item. Users can use these to quickly scan entries and decisions.

3.  Wireless Pocket PC with SDIO card allows scanning of any popular barcode format. Use 'hard' keys or Graffiti handwriting recognition to enter a full assortment of letters and numbers.

4.  Code39 barcode nouns can be printed for all data entry (names, descriptions, locations, etc.) and scanned. When descriptions are scanned spelling is always accurate!

5.  Comprehensive ad-hoc report generator allows integration with a wide variety of management systems.

6.  Management graphs reveal visual trends of movement, transactions or repairs.

7.  Unlimited number of photos or documents for each item.

8.  Latest software allows one customer to maintain over one million item records!

9.  Print letters to vendors and users for a wide variety of correspondence. Maintaiin full history of letters sent to vendors or customers and their responses.

10.  Group inventory into "clusters" or 'Bill of Materials' for flexible management. For example, a computer system is really made up of a monitor, keyboard, computer, printer and assorted software. Inventory Tracker allows you to track the computer system as a whole or its constituent items.

11.  Reports can be exported to ASCII data or to Adobe Acrobat (including barcode labels) for email correspondence.

12.  No cost for additional networked users and ability to convert to web based server application.
