1. We automatically print out disposal request forms to officers and track their response (or lack thereof). These letters are monitored and delinquent officers (or their superiors) will receive increasingly more severe letters. Similarly, letters to owners and courts are generated.
2. Every report or letter includes a barcode label for each item. Users can use these to quickly scan entries and decisions.
3. Wireless Pocket PC with SDIO card allows scanning of any popular barcode format. Use 'hard' keys or Graffiti handwriting recognition to enter a full assortment of letters and numbers.
4. Code39 barcode nouns can be printed for all data entry (names, descriptions, locations, etc.) and scanned. When descriptions are scanned spelling is always accurate!
